For the Love of Kale


The Kale Fairy (Homestead Gardens) has blessed me with the beginnings of a very tasty growing season.

And though I'm drowning in a sea of student essays, rubrics, and portfolio comments, I always find time to cook up some divine greens.

Enjoy my tribute to kale and the other spring greens. It's celebration of local produce! Yay!

  1. Okay, now, that's just mean. It's not fair to make me drool when I have to wait until tonight to get those leftovers. That pasta, though. That has to be one of the best recipes I've done in a long time. Pasta, kale, kalamata olives, and feta. What's better than that? As for the fried eggs, kale, and bacon bread: Green Eggs and Ham. You are my hero.
